Fantastic! My little babies arrived a week ago and all are going strong, feeding heavily on bloodworms and plankton,and nibbling fins of platy and molly tank-mates (future snacks). These little guys arrived when promised, expertly packed, and I got 11 instead of 8, although it looks like there's a runt that's going to get eaten by the others soon. I recommend AquaScape to everyone. Customer service and livestock is awesome! THanks Guys!

Called me at work on Monday, sent them and they got here at 9:30 am Tuesday morning, all 13 little ones.

Piranhas

I ordered 30 piranhas and received 28. The quality of the product I received is good and the customer service up to the date of delivery was just fine. I however have emailed Aquasonline twice to find out more about the short order but have not received any response. It is about to be one week since I have last heard from them. I assume I will just be accepting a loss here, so in short.. there was still some advantage to placing an order through this company as opposed to visiting my local pet shop. I just may think twice before ordering online again.

I ordered 12 fish and recieved 10 very health fish. Two of the fish died in transport I think it was because of the water temp and them getting stuck in the yarn, but I don't know. Another fish died after the release into the tank he wasn't a good swimmer. The rest of the fish are very happy and eating well.
