Hey Pedro,
Got a confirmation phone call the afternoon of ordering and got the plecos the morning of the next day! Wow! The plecos are looking great. They were packaged professionally and I coould see that every effort has been made to ensure they get here in the best condition possible. The water in the bag was quite cold though, but I understand that and it was to be expected since its was a cold night after all. But upon acclimation in the tank, they were regaining their dark coloration and were ok. Now I have them in the tank and they look great! This isnt the first time I have ordered from you and again you have amazed me at the efficiency at which you conduct business! I will definitely order from you again (just waiting for those Pirayas to be available! LOL)
